What Can the Art Bank Team do in 3:23:99 Minutes?
The Art Bank team had a fabulous race weekend at the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival June 19-20. The team placed 7th in the Women's A Final with a combined time of 3:23:99. Watch the team in action (they are in Lane 1): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5__4x28wh9o
An amazing finish wasn't the only result. They also raised $11,586 for the local charities, placing 7th as well for fundraising out of 190 teams!!
Congratulations to the team. Special mention to team captain, Amy Jenkins, as she personally raised $2,805!!
